Happy Birthday Abby!
Abby turned 5 yesterday! She was excited about being 5, but said she felt more like she was turning "10 or something" (I kind of agree at times...!) Unlike Peter, who gets really weirded out about birthdays, worrying that he'll wake up the next day really different than he was before...Abby was only worried that her favorite clothes might not fit. The day was rather low key, she was able to open one present before school, after school we went to Olive Garden for her favorite spaghetti and meatballs, then home for cookie cake and the rest of her presents. Her party with friends will be at the end of the month at the local community center - at this point the theme is "Hearts"...tune back in for photos and a recap of that.

She is really growing up! How can that be the same child I "rescued" from the swingset? And woo-wee does it sound like she and Johanna work together on the verbage!!
